Staff Spotlight-SHS Teacher and Coach, Jeff Moore

Sullivan High School teacher and coach, Jeff Moore has dedicated more than 30 years to education and coaching. A graduate of Indiana University and Indiana State University, Moore began his career in Brownstown, and for the past 29 years, he has taught and coached for Sullivan High School. He currently teaches Integrated Chemistry and Physics, Biology and Chemistry, and he is the head coach of both the SHS Boys Basketball team and the SHS Boys Track team.

“I enjoy teaching because of the kids,” said Moore. “I enjoy seeing students and athletes making improvements in the classroom and in athletics. Not for one second have I ever regretted my decision about being a coach and a teacher. I enjoy teaching and I am always excited about the start of school.”
